COURSE OBJECTIVES

1. Identify how Fructose and
Hydrogentated Fats contribute to Disease 2. Contrast the Metabolic Effects of
Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids 3. Identify 3 Metabolic Pathways which
require Vitamin B12 |
